Catch
a glimpse of the Bardavon 1869 Opera House past and present by taking
a tour. The Bardavon generally offers tours from October through
June to organizations, clubs and tourists by appointment. Tours
focus on the history of the theatre from its inception, through
industry changes and on the legendary stars that made it happen.
You get a first hand look at the auditorium, the stage, backstage
and the dressing rooms.
A tour can consist of:
- a walk through
- a walk through with a slide show or
- The grand tour - consisting of a slide show, walk through
and demonstration of our orginal 1928 Wurlitzer theatre pipe
organ.
Tours are designed to meet your specific needs and range in price
from $2.00 to $5.00 per person. Prices vary according to the tour
you choose.
