Support the Hudson Valley Philharmonic
Since its inception decades ago, the Hudson Valley Philharmonic has never failed to thrill audiences with exhilarating performances that delight and inspire. And year after year, the Bardavon is able to present the HVP thanks to our generous and caring patrons.
With your help, we’ve been able to continue offering a full schedule of performances and events. We’ve sustained our Young People’s Concerts and Classroom to Concert programs so that area youth can develop an appreciation for classical music. In the past, we’ve brought the HVP outdoors for the annual July 4th celebration at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. And our HVP reduced-price Junior Subscription for local music students will continue for the third season this coming fall.
Ticket sales, subscriptions, and memberships alone do not cover the full costs associated with presenting the HVP and its special programs. We need your ongoing financial gifts so that you can count on us to keep bringing Hudson Valley audiences the joy of live classical music performance. The Fund established by our late friends Bea and Marty Gross made a four-year/$10,000 per year pledge toward a matching gift challenge. In order to meet the match requirements, we must raise an additional $10,000 from our patrons each year. So, any new or increased gift you give will be worth double!
