PLACES TO EAT & STAY  


Come to the theatre early to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee at the Bardavon-owned and operated bar located in the inner lobby. The Bardavon bar opens one hour before curtain and remains open until final intermission. The management requests that you kindly not carry food and beverages into the auditorium.

Restroom entrances are located on the right and left in the inner lobby. A unisex wheelchair-accessible restroom is located in the inner lobby near the entrance to the women's restroom.

For our patrons in wheelchairs, The Bardavon has a limited number of designated seating locations to accommodate wheelchairs. Please notify the Box Office when ordering tickets so that we may seat you and your party comfortably.

A barrier-free water cooler is located in the inner lobby.

The Bardavon's Infrared Listening System can add to anyone's enjoyment of a performance by improving sound quality and volume control, and can aid patrons with a hearing loss of up to 75%. The wireless, lightweight headsets can be used from any seat and a limited number are available at the Box Office with a suggested donation of $2 per performance.

Smoking is prohibited in the Bardavon. For your convenience, however, ashtrays are provided outside the front entrance under the marquee.

Fire Exits are indicated by an illuminated sign above the exit doors and are the shortest routes to the street. In the event of a fire or other emergency, walk to the nearest exit.

Doctors on call during the performance should give their seat locations to the Box Office before curtain.

A pay telephone is located in the lobby on the wall next to the men's room entrance. The next nearest pay phone is located across the street in front of the County Office Building. In case of emergency, babysitters or others may contact patrons through the Box Office (845) 473-2072.

The taking of photographs and/or the use of recording devices inside the theatre is strictly prohibited.

Latecomers will be admitted at the first convenient pause in the performance and will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Please note: To be admitted, everyone must have a ticket, including infants.
