BARDAVON THEATRE FACILITY RENTALS

Thank you for showing interest in our facility. The Bardavon 1869 Opera House is available for rentals to both general and nonprofit organizations on a daily or weekly basis.

Join such companies as Kaatsbaan International Dance Center, Gilbert & Sullivan Musical Theater Company, Vassar Repertory Dance Theatre, Vanaver Caravan, New Paltz Ballet Theatre, The County of Dutchess, Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce, Poughkeepsie Rotary Club, Marist College and Vassar College which utilize the Bardavon for a variety of performances, meetings and special events.

The Theatre Facility Rental Fee Schedule includes the following information:

• Daily rental fees
• Weekly rental fees
• Facility overtime and additional day fees
• Supervisory services and additional personnel availability
• Box office service
• Technical equipment fees
• Bardavon Wurlitzer Theatre Organ availability
• Merchandise vending requirements
• ASCAP/BMI licensing fees
• Membership/Information booth requirements
• Certificate of Insurance agreement
• Access to administrative offices/additional dressing room space
