FILM: Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969)
“Not that it matters, but most of it was true.”
Academy Award Winner of Best Original Screenplay for the film, George Roy Hill brought together Paul Newman and Robert Redford for this American Western film loosely based on notorious outlaws Robert LeRoy Parker and Harry Longabaugh. On the run from a string of train robberies, their adventure ends in Bolivia.
Mini concerts on the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ take place 30 minutes before each film and are made possible by the New York Theatre Organ Society (NYTOS).
This presentation is sponsored by Marshall & Sterling.
