Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have ADA seating in the orchestra. Please call or email the box office for all inquiries.

Is there an elevator or escalator in the building?

No, we do not have an elevator or escalator at the Bardavon or UPAC.

Is there designated ADA parking?

Our venues do not own or operate any parking lots. Please see event staff to assist with drop off.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, please email the box office at boxoffice@bardavon.org

Is there an ATM?

There is not an ATM located in or around the Bardavon or UPAC.

Do you have a bar?

YES! Bar and concessions will be open before the show through intermission.

What do I do if I lost my tickets?

Lost tickets can be re-printed at the box office with your ticketmaster order number and a valid photo ID on the day of the event.

How do I buy tickets?

We encourage you to purchase tickets in person at the Bardavon or UPAC box office. If you pay with cash or check you avoid additional fees. You can also go directly to www.ticketmaster.com. We cannot verify the authenticity of tickets purchased from third party agencies or brokers.

What is your refund policy?

We do not issue refunds. Active Bardavon Members can receive a credit for the value of their ticket(s); valid for one (1) year. This request must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the show.

Why are my seats even or odd numbered?

The left side of the theatre is even numbered, the right side is odd numbered, and the center is sequential.

How do I pick up tickets at will call?

Anyone picking up tickets must have a photo ID to claim their tickets.

Do you offer group rates?

Contact boxoffice@bardavon.org to inquire if a certain show will offer group prices.

Do you offer hearing devices?

Yes – please stop by the box office and bring your photo ID with you.

What time do doors open?

Typically, one hour prior to the show. Doors open half hour prior to daytime shows.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, please call the box office to purchase the gift certificate.

Is there a dress code?

We require clothing and shoes to be worn inside the theater.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my toddler?

YES. For further clarification please call the box office.

Can I bring in my camera and take photos?

No photography or videography is permitted.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Yes. However, tickets are subject to availability and seating options may be limited on the day of the performance. The box office opens at 10am on show days and stays open until final intermission.

How do I get tickets to a sold out show?

Prior to the day of show, please call the box office to add your name to the wait list. If tickets become available we will contact you. On the day of the show, we start A NEW IN PERSON LIVE WAIT LIST 1 hour prior to show time. YOU MUST BE PRESENT in the box office lobby to be added to the Live Wait list.

What is your bag policy?

No backpacks or large bags are permitted in the theater.

What is your vape/smoking policy?

Vaping and smoking are prohibited inside the theater.

Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

No, outside food or drink is not permitted in the theater.

What is the difference between the loge and balcony?

The loge is the first 3 rows of the balcony at the Bardavon and the first four rows of the balcony at UPAC.

How do I become a member?

You can become a member in person by stopping at the box office, or signing up online here.

Do you offer children's programming?

Yes, we offer various programming throughout the season. For more information, click here.

Do you offer discounts for students, seniors, speical needs?

How do you deal with seating latecomers?

Protocol for seating is based on the show restrictions. We typically seat in between songs/pieces and we seat the balcony as needed.

Do you have booster seats?

No, we do not.

Yes, We offer light snacks at the concession.
