Hudson River Arts Festival with Richie Havens & Burning Spear

The Bardavon presents Poughkeepsie’s 9th annual free festival, boasting non-stop music, Hudson River cruises, delectable ethnic foods, and a tent village of crafters, kids events, art exhibits, and more. Woodstock Festival and folk/pop icon Richie Havens and Grammy Award winning reggae pioneer Burning Spear and his band will headline the Arts Festival mainstage, followed by a fireworks display at 9:30pm.
