Pixies at UPAC in Kingston

Largely responsible for the alternative music movement of the 1990s, the Pixies used a number of musical styles and sounds to create their own unique invention. Melding punk, indie guitar rock, classic pop, surf rock and riffs, the band created a sound that no one had heard before. Having broke-up in 1992, the Pixies have just recently reunited. This performance is part of the WDST Pink October Benefit for the Cancer Center at Benedictine Hospital. Special Golden Circle tickets are available thru WDST for $75 each.
