Shakespeare's Clowns

See them tumble, juggle and stilt-walk – in iambic pentameter! After a two week residency with 5th graders from W.W. Smith Humanities Magnet School, Teaching Artist Sean Patrick Fagan and the kids will delight audiences with Shakespearean excerpts presented in the style of contemporary circus clowns. Supported in part by an award from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention/Office of Justice Programs/US Department of Justice, Congressman Maurice Hinchey, and by funding provided by the Dutchess County Arts Council’s 2006/07 Arts-in-Education Program with support from the NYS Council on the Arts.
