Addy: An American Girl Story
Celebrated African-American playwright Cheryl L. West adapts Connie Porter’s
award-winning Addy books, part of the very popular American Girl series. Set in 1864 North Carolina, this production by Seattle Children’s Theatre brings to life the tale of young Addy and her mother who flee the oppression of slavery and go on a journey to freedom. Recommended for ages 8 and older.
