Artist/Actor Matthias Kuchta makes his third appearance at the Bardavon with a new performance - Rumpelstiltskin. Matthias plays with almost life-size textile figures on an open stage. The figurines are positioned to present fascinating, witty stories by the actor, who is almost un-noticed due to the excitement of the story. It's almost like a play room with big toys that all come to life. The audience is encouraged to participate with the performer on and off stage. The performance was created with special attention, to not be too demanding on children and letting the fairy tale unfold all the while retaining enough wit and fun for even adults to enjoy.
