Kingston 'S-Cool(s) Jazz Festival

Presented by Kingston High School Jazz Ensemble

Featured groups will be the jazz ensembles from J. W. Bailey and M. Clifford Miller Middle Schools, and the Kingston High School Jazz Ensemble, Jazz Band, and the Woodwind Jazz Ensemble. In 2009, the KHS Jazz Ensemble, directed by Robert Shaut, was one of 15 bands selected nationally to perform at Lincoln Center as part of the Essentially Ellington competition. The Ensemble was the first New York band in several years to be selected.
