Pavillion-Only Concert

Former Chicago member Peter Cetera will team up with the Hudson Valley Philharmonic for a concert on Aug. 2. 

The collaboration will include hits such as “You’re The Inspiration,” “The Next Time I Fall” and “Stay the Night.” The event will mark the third annual performance by the HVP at Bethel Woods.

From 1968 through 1986, Cetera was the singer, songwriter and bass player for the rock group Chicago. In his time with the group, it recorded 18 albums, including such hits as “If You Leave Me Now,” “Hard to Say I’m Sorry” and “Baby What a Big Surprise,” “Love Me Tomorrow” and “Along Comes a Woman.”

A solo artist since 1986, Cetera has recorded 10 CDs. They include such No. 1 hits as the Academy Award-nominated song “The Glory of Love” from the movie “The Karate Kid II,” “The Next Time I Fall” with Amy Grant, “Feels Like Heaven” with Chaka Kahn and “After All” with Cher from the film “Chances Are.”
