Verdi's II Trovatore

Anna Netrebko in her highly anticipated Met role debut as Leonora, the tortured heroine of Il Trovatore. Dmitri Hvorostovsky sings Count di Luna in the first pairing of the two Russian superstars at the Met since 2002, with Yonghoon Lee as Manrico, the title character, Štefan Kocán as Ferrando, and Dolora Zajick in her signature role of the demented gypsy Azucena.

Ticket holders are invited to a pre-opera talk by Leslie Gerber at 12:30 in the theater.
