Bardavon's Matinees & Music Senior Series present
Sinatra & Friends
with the Mark Raisch Sextet!

(Poughkeepsie, NY) The Bardavon's Matinees & Music senior citizens program kicks into high gear on Thursday, April 28 at 2pm with Sinatra & Friends with the Mark Raisch Sextet. Matinees & Music is made possible in part through the support of the Ann and Abe Effron Donor Advised Fund of the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley; a City of Poughkeepsie Community Development Block Grant; the Dutchess County Office of the Aging; TD Bank Foundation; and a grant through the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation made possible by Assemblyman Frank Skartados.

It’s the Mark Raisch Sextet’s swinging tribute to the music of the greatest singer of all time! Step back to the old Paramount Theater (and the Bardavon Theatre too where Sinatra played in the 1940s) and through the years to Las Vegas. To make this show even more fun, Mark adds the music of Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin and Michael Buble!

Every year, the Matinees & Music program is a favorite among Hudson Valley seniors, who enjoy the opportunity to get out, socialize, and enjoy an afternoon of quality entertainment. In order to make the program easily accessible to seniors, the Bardavon maintains a low suggested-donation ticket policy and free transportation to and from the theater. Bardavon staff members also reach out to and work with local community groups and senior centers to facilitate bussing arrangements.

Tickets for the Thursday, April 28, 2pm performance of Sinatra & Friends with the Mark Raisch Sextet are available at the Bardavon Box Office (35 Market Street, Poughkeepsie, 845.473.2072) or through TicketMaster (www.ticketmaster.com 800.745.3000).

Tickets are $6 by donation. No one will be turned away for non-payment.
