“Newtown” a Special Screening

Stockade Works in association with the Bardavon will be hosting a FREE screening of the documentary, “Newtown,” at the Ulster Performing Arts Center (UPAC) in the City of Kingston. Through intimate testimonials and exclusive access, the 2017 film focuses on the community of Newtown, Connecticut in the aftermath of the largest mass shooting of schoolchildren in American history.

The event will also offer an opportunity for attendees to further the conversation about gun safety reform during a post-screening panel discussion and Q & A with the film’s director, Kim Snyder, and expert panelists including Egidio Tinti, Chief of Police of the City of Kingston Police Department.
