Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have ADA seating in the orchestra. We do not have an elevator at the Bardavon or UPAC. Orchestra is on the ground level, no stairs required at either venue. Please call or email the box office for all ADA inquiries.

Do you have an elevator or escalator to the balcony?

No, we do not have an elevator or escalator at the Bardavon or UPAC.

Is there designated ADA parking?

Our venues do not own or operate any parking lots. Please see event staff to assist with drop off.

Do you offer hearing devices?

Yes – please stop by the box office and bring your photo ID with you.

Do you have a bar?

YES! Bar and concessions will be open before the show through intermission.

Do you sell food?

Yes, we offer light snacks at the concession.

What is food drink policy inside theater vs lobby?

No food or drinks are permitted inside the theater. Please enjoy them in the lobby.

Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

No, outside food or drink is not permitted in the theater.

Is there an ATM?

There is not an ATM located in or around the Bardavon or UPAC.

What time do doors open?

One hour prior to the performance.

Is there a dress code?

We require clothing and shoes to be worn in the theater.

Lost tickets

Lost tickets can be re-printed at the box office with a valid ID on the day of the event

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Yes. However, tickets are subject to availability and seating options may be limited on the day of the performance. The box office opens at 10am on show days and stays open until final intermission.

How do I pick up tickets at will call?

Please bring photo ID of the person who made the purchase.

How do I get tickets for a sold out show?

Prior to the day of show, please call the box office to add your name to the wait list. If tickets become available we will contact you. On the day of the show, we start A NEW IN PERSON LIVE WAIT LIST 1 hour prior to show time. YOU MUST BE PRESENT in the box office lobby to be added to the Live Wait list.

What is your refund policy?

We do not issue refunds. However, we can offer active BARDAVON MEMBERS a credit for the value of their ticket(s). This request must be sent in no later than 72 hours in advance.

How do I become a member?

You can become a member in person by stopping at the box office, or signing up online.

Do you offer group rates?

Contact our box office to inquire if a certain show will offer group prices.

Do you offer discounts for seniors, children, special needs?

Please contact the box office to see if a specific show is offering these discounts.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, please contact the box office to arrange the gift certificate.

How do you deal with seating latecomers?

Protocol for seating is based on the show restrictions. We typically seat in between songs/pieces and we seat the balcony as needed.

Why are my seats even or odd numbered?

The seats left of house are even; the seats right side of the house are odd; the seats in the center are consecutive.

What is the difference between the loge and balcony?

The loge is the first 3 rows of the balcony at the Bardavon and the first four rows of the balcony at UPAC.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my toddler?

YES. For further clarification please contact the box office.

Do you have booster seats?

No, we do not.

Do you offer children's programming?

Yes, we offer various programming throughout the season. For more information, contact us.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, please contact the box office.

Can I rent the theater?

For information about renting the Bardavon or UPAC, please contact us.

What is your bag policy?

No backpacks or large bags are permitted in the theater.

What is your search policy?

For the safety of all guests, patrons and their bags are subject to search at the venue. This search may include the use of metal detectors.

Can I bring in my camera and take photos?

No photography or videography is permitted.

What is your vape/smoking policy?

Vaping and smoking are prohibited inside the theater.
