A very special jazz trio featuring drummer Jack DeJohnette (2012 NEA Jazz Master, celebrated for work with Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Keith Jarrett, Bobby McFerrin, Bill Evans, and as a band leader and composer), close friend and legendary bassist Dave Holland (2017 Jazz Master, renowned for his work with, among others, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Kenny Barron, Zakir Hussain, Anthony Braxton and Sam Rivers and as a band leader, composer and educator) and pianist, composer, and performance artist Jason Moran (2010 MacArthur Fellow and Artistic Director for Jazz at The Kennedy Center).
