Our volunteers are ambassadors for the theaters, and customer service is our top priority. We like our volunteers to be easily spotted by patrons, which is why we have a dress code, and a few criteria:

We require volunteers to do these things:

• Complete a mandatory training session
• Respect the dress code
• Sign up for a minimum of (approximately) 10 events in a 3 month period
• To be willing to usher at all performance locations (primarily the Bardavon and UPAC but on occasion, we also present events at outdoor venues such as Horse Shows in the Sun, Waryas Park and other theaters in the Hudson Valley)
• Be available by email
• As CDC guidelines change at the time of performance, protocols may include mask enforcement or vaccination or negative test verification. These protocols are ALL subject to change
