Ulster Performing Arts Center (UPAC) was originally known as the Broadway Theatre when it opened in 1927 – and it has been in continuous use ever since.

UPAC Information

There is one public parking lot located within one block from UPAC on Cornell St., across from Frank Guido’s Little Italy. There is also street parking nearby. All parking is timed and metered Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and free outside of those hours.

If you need handicapped parking, please pull up in front of the theater and ask Event Staff for assistance. The theater owns no parking but we try our best to save spots nearby. Subject to availability.

Our management is not responsible for immobilization, towing fees or damages to patrons’ vehicles parked in restricted, public or private lots
